AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($84,500.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of miscellaneous other costs in-
curred in connection with such construction project, in Cedar
Trails Sanitary Relief (S-1777, C-899), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($84,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Cedar Trails Sanitary Relief (S-1777, C-899), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
