AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Arrow
Wood & Elm Grove (S-1951, C-982), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Arrow Wood & Elm Grove (S-1951, C-982), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of June,
1983, and formally executed on the 12th day of July, 1983, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
