AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($16,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of a Gabion Wall, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Hudson Hills - 1378 (S-2082, C-985), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Ferguson, Missouri, has con-
tributed the cost of materials for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($16,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of a Gabion Wall, together with re-
payment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Hudson Hills - 1376 (S-2062, C-985), in
the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
