AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Mosley
Construction, Inc. for the construction of a Gabion Wall in Hudson
Hills - 1376 (S-2062, C-985), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mosley Construction. Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a Gabion Wall in
Hudson Hills - 1376 (S-2062, C-985), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of June,
1983, and formally executed on the 12th day of July, 1983, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
