AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 2 of
Hillvale Subdivision, in the City of Oakland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the proposed sewer has been rerouted, thus
eliminating the need for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described as follows
is hereby vacated. to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District in Lot 2 of Hillvale Subdivision in the
City of Oakland, Missouri, and recorded in Book
7306, Pages 1730 and 1731 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
