AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Two Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($2,900.00) from the General
Fund of the District to be used toward the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of expenses incurred by
the District in connection with such construction project known as
Subdistrict No. 533 (Marbury & Laconia, Phase II), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5118, adopted June 8, 1983,
initially provided the funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of the aforesaid Ordinance
an additional property owner has requested participation in said
project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($2,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to be used toward the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of expenses incurred by the
District in connection with such construction project known as
Subdistrict No. 533 (Marbury & Laconia, Phase II), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, and any unused portion thereof shall be
returned to the contributors pro rata.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
