AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to execute an Easement Agreement with the Land Clearance
for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis, St. Louis
Centre, Ltd., and Mayco Redevelopment Corporation, for the
construction, operation, and maintenance of sewers for the St.
Louis Centre Project, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District an Easement
Agreement with the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of
the City of St. Louis, St. Louis Centre, Ltd., and Mayco
Redevelopment Corporation, for the construction, operation, and
maintenance of sewers for the St. Louis Centre Project, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Easement Agreement as authorized by
Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
