AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment II of Contract E-336 with CH2M
Hill for engineering services for the Preliminary Design of High
Priority Projects in the River des Peres Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Amendment II of
Contract E-336 with CH2M Hill for engineering services for the
Preliminary Design of High Priority Projects in the River des
Peres Basin.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1983.
