AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Craigmore Subdivision in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate a portion of such easement strip
and this District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The northeastern five (5) feet of a ten (10) foot wide easement
along the Southwestern line of a parcel of ground in
the Craigmore Subdivision in the City of Creve Coeur,
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Deed Book
6637, Page 1442 of the St. Louis County Records,
beginning at a point fifty-five (55) feet Northwest
from the Southernmost corner of said parcel and
continuing seventy (70) feet Northwestwardly to the
point of ending.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1983.
