AN ORDINANCE. appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-nine
Thousand Dollars ($339,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Nordell Hills Sanitary (S-1950, C-992), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-nine
Thousand Dollars ($339,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Nordell Hills
Sanitary (S-1950, C-992), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1983.
