AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-two Thousand Dollars
($82,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Hanley Hills Sanitary
Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-398.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-two Thousand Dollars
($82,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Hanley Hills Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-398.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1983.
