AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-398 with PRC Consoer Townsend
for engineering services for the final design of the Hanley Hills
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-398 with
PRC Consoer Townsend for engineering services for the final design
of the Hanley Hills Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1983.
