AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Co., Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
Jackson Avenue East Phase I (S-1890, C-990), in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Co., Ltd., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Jackson Avenue East Phase I (S-1890, C-990), in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of
July, 1983, and formally executed on the 26th day of July. 1983,
by said contractor a.nd by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1983.
