AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty five Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($65,750.00) from the Real Property purchase
Fund for the purchase of certain parcels of real property in St.
Louis County, Missouri for the construction of the Grand Glaize
Wastewater Treatment Plant (part of Federal Project No. C-290875)
to serve the needs of residents of the Grand Glaize Watershed in
the Lower Meramec River Basin.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5147, adopted June 22, 1983,
authorized the acquisition of said real property by purchase or
through the exercise of eminent domain,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($65,750.00 is hereby appropriated from
the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase of certain par-
cels of real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the
construction of the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant (part
of Federal Project No. C-290875) to serve the needs of residents
of the Grand Glaize Watershed in the Lower Meramec River Basin.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1983.
