Minutes MOTION by Roland Bassett Jr. to accept the Minutes of September 14, 2011 as presented. Second by Paul Ruchinskas. VOTE: 6-0-0 2. Town Meeting preparation Article 4- Debt. Services- Elliot Carr Article 9- Open Space-Elizabeth Taylor Article 10-Open Space-Elizabeth Taylor 3. Resignation Elliot informed the Committee of Roy Robinson's formal resignation from CPC The committee wanted to thank Roy for all his years of service and asked Elliot to send him a letter. Replacement must be appointed from Historic District Commission through the BOS Unofficial-new member appointed from Housing- Leonard Avery 4. Ellen St.Sure letter Glass Plate Negative were all digitized Only Selected copies are on the web Stephen Jones (President of Brewster Historical Society) is looking into this issue. The Committee asked that Steve attend the next meeting Elizabeth Taylor will check on bills that have been paid out 5. State funding discussion 32.01% for Brewster Elliot will go over the numbers with Lisa Souve 6. Housing This section has the worst record Need a "planning" meeting for housing; housing trust 7.
