AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Creek to be used for the construction of
a Gabion Wall, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Robin Hill #8 (S-
2044, C-1019), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, owner of the property to be served by said
construction has contributed the cost of materials for said
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of a Gabion Wall, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Robin Hill #8 (S-2044, C-1019), in the
City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
