AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Contracting Co., Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
Harper South Iola (S-1889, C-987), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Contracting Co., Ltd. for the
construction of storm sewers in Harper South Iola (S-1889, C-987),
in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 28th day of July, 1983, and formally executed on the 9th day
of August, 1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
