AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Burnett
#4115 (S-1517, C-995), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc. for the
construction of storm sewers in Burnett #4115 (S-1517, C-995), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th
day of July, 1983, and formally executed on the 9th day of August,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
