AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 12 of
Lylewood, a Subdivision, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit: The ten (10) foot wide easement along the southern ten (10) feet of the seventy (70) foot "Channel Change Easement" on Lot 12 of Lylewood, a Subdivision in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 12 of the St. Louis County records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
