AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred One Thousand
Dollars ($201,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund of which Twenty Thousand One Hundred Dollars
($20,100.00) is to be used to pay the District's ten percent (10%)
share; a grant of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($150,750.00) has been received from the Environmental
Protection Agency, and Thirty Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($30,150.00) has been reserved by the Missouri Department of
Natural Resources for Coldwater Creek, Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation. Contract No. 1, Subarea E. EPA project C290952-02.
WHEREAS, the District has received a seventy-five per-
cent (75%) grant from the Environmental protection Agency of the
United States to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of
said project, and
WHEREAS, a fifteen percent (15%) grant has been
reserved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to pay
fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($20,100.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to pay ten percent
(10%) of the cost of Coldwater Creek, Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation, Contract No. 1, Subarea E, EPA Project No.
C290952-02.

Section Two. The grant from the Environmental Pro-
tection Agency of the United States amounts to One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150,750.00), which will be
deposited in the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement
Fund, and is to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of
Coldwater Creek, Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract No. 1,
Subarea E, EPA Project No. C290952-02; and said amount is hereby
appropriated to be used to make said payments when due and payable
under the terms of the contract for said project.
Section Three. The reserved grant from the Missouri
Department of Natural Resources amounts to Thirty Thousand One
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($30,150.00), which will be deposited in the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund, and is to
pay fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of Coldwater Creek, Sanitary
Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract No. 1, Subarea E, EPA Project No.
C290952-02; and said amount is hereby appropriated to be used to
make said payments when due and payable under the terms of the
contract for said project.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
