AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company, Division of McCarthy Brothers
Company, for Coldwater Creek, Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation,
Contract No. 1, Subarea E, EPA Project No. C290952-02, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company, a
Division of McCarthy Brothers Company, for Coldwater Creek,
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract No. 1, Subarea E, EPA
Project No. C290952-02, in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 22nd day of August, 1983, and formally executed
on the 23rd day of August, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
