AN ORDINANCE. appropriating Five Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($510,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for partial
replacement of Trunk Sewer No. 62 (C-1037) on Rider Trail, Earth
City, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($510,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency
Fund for partial replacement of Trunk Sewer No. 62 (S-1037) on
Rider Trail, Earth City, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance. being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
