AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-Three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Real property purchase Fund for the
purchase of a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, for the construction of the Grand Glaize
Wastewater Treatment plant (part of Federal Project No. C-290875)
to serve the needs of residents of the Grand Glaize Watershed in
the Lower Meramec River Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund for the purchase of a certain parcel of real pro-
perty in St. Louis County, Missouri, for the construction of the
Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment plant (part of Federal Project
No. C-290875) to serve the needs of residents of the Grand Glaize
Watershed in the Lower Meramec River Basin.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1983.
