AN ORDINANCE. appropriating One Hundred Forty-two
Thousand Dollars ($142,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used toward the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Mackenzie Place
Relief Sewer (S-2000 & S-2001) C-1017, in the City of St. Louis,
Village of Mackenzie, and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-two Thousand
Dollars ($142,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used toward the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Mackenzie Place Relief Sewer (S-2000 & S-2001) C-1017, in the City
of St. Louis, Village of Mackenzie, and St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
