AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for construction of sanitary sewers in
Mackenzie Place Relief Sewer (S-2000 & S-2001) C-1017, in the City
of St. Louis, Village of Mackenzie, and St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROpOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company. Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Mackenzie Place Relief Sewer (S-2000 & S-2001) C-1017,
in the City of St. Louis, Village of Mackenzie, and St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of
August, 1983, and formally executed on the 16th day of August,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
