AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($510.000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such con-
struction project, in Gravois Creek Sanitary Relief GC-4 Phase I
(S-1964, C-1021), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($510,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with
such construction project, in Gravois Creek SanitarY Relief GC-4
Phase I (S-1984, C-1021), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
