AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for construction of sanitary sewers in Gravois
Creek Sanitary Relief GC-4 Phase I (S-1964, C-1021), in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Gravois Creek Sanitary Relief GC-4 Phase I (S-1964,
C-1021), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 1st day of August, 1983, and formally
executed on the 16th day of August, 1983, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
