AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Ballas Road Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-393.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Ballas Road Relief
Sewer Project, Contract E-393.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
