AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Clarkson Square Plat One, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of an easement within Lot 1 of Clarkson Square Plat
One, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Book
218, Page 42 and Page 43 of the St. Louis County
records and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northernmost corner of said Lot 1;
thence Southeastwardly along the Northeast line of said
Lot 1, South 55 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of six and 29/100 (6.29) feet to a point;
thence South 34 degrees, 45 minutes 00 seconds West, a
distance of one and 27/100 (1.27) feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 34 degrees 45 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of ten and 55/100 (10.55) feet
to a point; thence South 41 degrees 12 minutes 10
seconds West, a distance of one hundred eighty-three
and 50/100 (183.50) feet to a point; thence South 32
degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds East. a distance of
ninety-two and 10/100 (92.10) feet to a point; thence
North 36 degrees 47 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance
of one hundred and 80/100 (100.80) feet to a point;
thence North 41 degrees 12 minutes 18 seconds East, a
distance of one hundred seventy-five and 83/100
(175.83) feet to a point; thence North 62 degrees 06
minutes 57 seconds East, a distance of twenty-four and
69/100 (24.69) feet to the point of beginning.
