($40,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Account to the Legal
Services Department (Account No. 444) for easement charges in the
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue
Account to the Legal Services Department (Account No. 444) for
easement charges in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
