AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund and Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, to the General
Fund of the District; and appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for engineering
services for the final design of five various gabion sewer
projects in St. Louis County, Missouri, Contract E-399.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for engineering services for the final design of five
various gabion sewer projects in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
