AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-399 with Wegescheide Engineers,
Inc. for engineering services for the final design of five various
gabion sewer projects, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-399 with
Wegescheide Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of five various gabion sewer projects, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
