AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($700,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for emergency
sewer repairs for the Salisbury Street Sewer Collapse, in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars
($700,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund for
emergency sewer repairs for the Salisbury Street Sewer Collapse,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1983.
