1. Review Minutes of October 26 meeting and November 9 session (without quorum).
2. Open space appraisal request
3. Discussion and wrap up consideration of letter from Ellen St. Sure.
4. Discussion of Improved procedures for following up on future grants.
5. Discuss the final payment to the Brewster Meetinghouse Project
6. Discussion of whether we do anything to stimulate housing grants
7. Possible discussion of financial report format for Committee purposes
8. Review of new applications if any
