AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with South Side Roofing and
Sheet Metal Company for roof replacement for the District's
Bissell Point Sludge Disposal Building, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, Bid #38.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with South Side Roofing and Sheet Metal Company
for roof replacement for the District's Bissell Point Sludge
Disposal Building, in the City .of St. Louis, Missouri, Bid #38.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a total fee in the amount of One
Hundred Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-one Dollars
($130,371.00) and such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 21, 1983.
