AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in City Block
2178, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the sewer has been rerouted, thus eliminating
the need for the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described as follows
is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
in City Block 2178, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
and recorded in Book 39M, Pages 844 and 845 of the City
of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
