AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Roberts
Construction Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 451 (Tesson Ferry & Juengel) C-998, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Roberts Construction Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 451 (Tesson Ferry & Juengel) C-998, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of
August, 1983, and formally executed on the 13th day of September,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
