AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Calvert/Dix/Edmundson Stormwater Improvement Project (S-1981, C-
996), in the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest respon-
sible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Calvert/
Dix/Edmundson Stormwater Improvement project (S-1981, C-996),
in the Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 22nd day of August 1983, and formally executed
on the 13th day of September, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
