AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Co., Inc. for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Diversey #809 (S-1686, C-851), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by Executive
Director to Bates Utility Co., Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Diversey #809 (S-1686, C-851), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 25th day of August, 1983, and formally
executed on the 13th day of September, 1983, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
