Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metropolitan Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall
in Gore #88 North (S-2108M, C-1022), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of
August, 1983, and formally executed on the 13th day of September,
1983, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
