AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Lexa
Drive 2100-2200 (S-2029, C-1030), in the City of Jennings,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Lexa Drive 2100-2200 (S-2029, C-1030), in the City of
Olivette, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received on the 29th day of August,
1983, and formally executed on the 13th day of September, 1983, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
