AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres
to be used for the construction of a Gabion Wall, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Hill 'N' Dale #40 (S-2058, C-1033), in
the City of Olivette, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the property to be served by said
project, has contributed the cost of materials for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres to be used for the construction of
a Gabion Wall, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Hill 'N' Dale #40
(S-2058, C-1033), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
