AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Mosley
Construction, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in Hill
'N' Dale #40 (S-2058, C-1033), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mosley Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in Hill
'N' Dale #40 (S-2058, C-1033), in the City of Olivette, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received on the 1st day of September, 1983, and formally executed
on the 13th day of September, 1983, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1983.
