AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 5074, adopted May
25, 1983, and adopting a new ordinance in lieu thereof confirming
a contract with Aaron Orr Plumbing & Sewer Co., for the
construction of storm sewers in McNulty (S-1847, C-941), in the
City of St. John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 5074, adopted May 25, 1983,
is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Aaron Orr Plumbing & Sewer Co., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
McNulty (S-1847, C-941), in the City of St. John, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 21st day of April, 1983, and formally
executed on the 13th day of September, 1983, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
