AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-one Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for emergency sewer repairs on
Fielding Lane, in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
emergency sewer repairs on Fielding Lane, in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
