AN ORDINANCE, transferring and appropriating Fifty-four
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($54,500.00) from the Real Property
Purchase Fund to Legal Services Department Account No. 441, and
Forty-three Thousand Dollars ($43,000.00) from the Real property
purchase Fund to Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
Department Account No. 441, for the acquisition of a certain
parcel or real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the
construction of the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant (part
of Federal Project No. C-290875).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4747, adopted June 9, 1983,
authorized the acquisition of said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($54,500.00) is hereby transferred and
appropriated from the Real property purchase Fund to Legal
Services Account No. 441 for the acquisition of a certain parcel
of real property in St. Louis County. Missouri for the
construction of the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant (part
of Federal project No. C-290875).
Section Two. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Dollars
($43,000.00) is hereby transferred and appropriated from the Real
property purchase Fund to Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel Account No. 441 for the acquisition of a certain parcel of
real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction
of the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment plant (Part of
Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1983.
