AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Queens Subdivision in the City of Florissant, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement strip
and this District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The Eastern five (5) feet of a ten (10) foot wide easement along
the West line of Lot 4 of Queens Subdivision, Plat 1,
in the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri,
excluding the Northernmost five (5) feet as recorded in
Plat Book 92, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1983.
