AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for value engineering of the River Des Peres
Lower Foul Water Interceptor Sewer Project, Contract E-400.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the value engineering
of the River Des Peres Lower Foul Water Interceptor Sewer Project,
Contract E-400.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1983.
