AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-400 with Booker Associates, Inc.
for engineering services for the value engineering of the River
Des Peres Lower Foul Water Interceptor Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-400 with
Booker Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the value
engineering of the River Des Peres Lower Foul Water Interceptor
Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1983.
