HomeMy Public PortalAbout05270 O R D I N A N C E NO. 5270 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in Woodlake Village, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of a sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Those portions of an easement within Woodlake Village, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Book 200 pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County records and more particularly de- scribed as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southern right- of-way line of Missouri State Highway 340 (Olive Boulevard) with the Western property line of a tract of land conveyed to Elizabeth Prestein, as recorded in Deed Book 1717, page 399 of the St. Louis County records; thence leaving said Southern right-of-way line along the Western property line of said Prestien Tract, South 07 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of three hundred seven and 86/100 (307.86) feet to the point of beginning; thence South 07 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of six and 92/100 (6.92) feet to a point; thence leaving said Western property line, south 53 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of eighty-seven and 65/100 (87.65) feet to a point; thence North 36 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 (10.00) feet; thence North 53 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ninety-seven and 22/100 (97.22) feet to a point on the Western property line of the aforementioned Prestein tract; thence along said Western property line, south 07 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of six and 92/100 (6.92) feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1983. -2-
